Disney Cruise Line Booking

Booking a Disney Cruise Line ship is simple. You can go to the official Disney Cruise Line website and book your ticket directly. You can understand more about packages and all other details from their official website. Another way to book the cruise line is by contacting a travel agent. This is recommended if you are going on a cruise for the first time because the agent will help you select the best package and book the cruise. To stay on the safe side, make sure that the Cruise Lines International Association accredits your travel agent. Also, reserving in advance can save you from last-minute stress.

How to Pay and Tip on Board

On Disney Cruise, it's customary to give gratuities in recognition of the service offered on the cruise. The recommended gratuity amount is $14.50 per night per stateroom guest, which includes infants and children. You can pre-pay gratuity, and those will be distributed to the staff members, which includes the stateroom host, dining room server, dining room assistant server, and dining room head server. For guests who are staying in Concierge Staterooms and Suites, the recommended gratuity amount is $15.50 per night per stateroom guest.

You can pre-pay the gratuity amount by going to 'My Reservations' from your Disney account. If you are booking through an agent, you can contact them to add this payment to your account. If you miss this chance to pay, you will be automatically charged onboard. If you wish to adjust the amount after you board the ship, you can visit Guest Services. 18% gratuity is automatically added to desk service tabs, bar, beverage, wine, and spa services.

Which Is the Best Disney Cruise Line Ship?

Disney Wonder and Disney Magic are the best Disney Cruise Line ships. Both of them have similar deck layouts and are smaller in size. With the Art Nouveau style interior, the Disney Wonder evokes the beauty of the last century. Ariel's flower inspires the Grand Hall chandelier, and everything communicates something. Even though it's made for families, you can find all age groups on the ship. Disney Magic, however, mixes duality: classic nostalgia and modern amenities. It's the oldest Disney Cruise and comes with Rapunzel's Royal Table, Waterslide, and much more.
