Smooth Sailing Starts with Easy Parking

First choose the departure cruise port and enter the travel dates on the search bar, click on “Search Parking” and choose your preferred parking lot from the list of lot options.

Make the booking using a credit/debit card and get an email confirmation with lot's address, driving directions, shuttle details/timings, redemption instructions, etc.

Most parking lots allow you to show the reservation on your phone. However, some parking lots ask for a printed copy. It's advisable to have a printout of your reservation to avoid confusion.

Most parking lots have shuttle service. However, you must check the lot details for the shuttle schedule.

You can modify or cancel your reservation even up to a minute before the check-in time.

For any doubts or queries related to cruise parking, you can call our 24/7 customer support team on 321-888-2558 or write to [email protected].

The shuttle schedule is included in the lot description. Note that the timings might differ from one lot to another. These details will also be included in your confirmation email.

You will receive a refund if you cancel before your check-in time. However, some reservations are non-refundable. This will be mentioned on the checkout page.

The working hours vary depending on the parking lot. You can find the timings on the parking lot’s page.
