Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refunds:

We provide free cancellation for bookings made on Cruiseparking.com before the check-in time indicated on your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests after the check-in time.

If you need to change your travel dates, you can easily rebook by contacting our 24/7 customer support team via phone or email.

Please note that our policy does not allow refunds for unused booking days.

Additional charges may apply for extensions beyond your original reservation and will be handled by the respective parking lot or garage.

Your parking reservation may be moved to a nearby lot or garage if there are unforeseen circumstances or last-minute unavailability. Our customer support team will handle this process smoothly to guarantee a trouble-free parking experience.

Disclaimer - Pricing & Information:

We want to emphasize that all prices displayed on Cruiseparking.com are subject to change at any time. The information provided on our platform is sourced from our service providers, and we strive to present the most relevant and up-to-date information regarding the services offered.

However, in the unlikely event of errors or inaccurate details due to typographical or lot-related information, Cruiseparking.com and/or our service providers reserve the right to refuse or cancel such requests. This applies even if your credit card has been charged and/or your order has been confirmed.

If a cancellation is necessary due to incorrect service provider information, our support team will take the necessary steps to ensure a smooth refund process. Please keep in mind that prices, rates, and inventory are subject to availability from our service providers.

Assurance & Safety:

Cruiseparking.com is a marketplace website that aggregates offsite cruise/airport parking services and locations through our trusted service providers. It's important to note that we do not directly sell or control the inventory of services; this responsibility lies with the Service Providers. These Service Providers are obligated to comply with federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and safety standards while providing their services. Neither the Service Providers nor Cruiseparking.com can be held liable for any general or personal injuries that occur on the property.

Additionally, we will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles, items inside vehicles, or other user property. In the unfortunate event of such occurrences, we recommend reaching out to the property that serviced your reservation for further guidance on handling your claim.
